Eligibility Criteria
- LLB (Bachelor of Law) from a recognized university.
- Minimum 8 years experience at the Bar handling criminal cases in courts of law.
- Candidates must demonstrate expertise in drafting legal documents, prosecuting criminal cases, and court representation.
- Experience verification certificates from courts or legal firms must be submitted along with the application.
Salary / Stipend
- ₹1,25,000/- per month (fixed).
- No additional allowances such as HRA, medical reimbursement, or leave travel concession.
- TA/DA entitlement is as per the regular cadre of NIA.
- Initially appointed for 01 year; may be extended on mutual consent.
General Information / Instructions
- Engagement will be on a whole-time contractual basis with no private practice allowed during the period.
- No claim for regularization or absorption in NIA shall arise.
- The post is temporary and co-terminus with project requirements.
