Bank of India (BOI), a premier public sector bank, has released notification for recruitment of 400 Apprentices Trainee posts. The recruitment is open for candidates who have completed graduation in any discipline. The selected candidates will undergo apprenticeship training for a period of one year in various bank branches across India.

Eligibility Criteria

• Nationality: Must be a citizen of India.
• Educational Qualification: Graduate in any discipline from recognized university (graduation between 01.04.2021 and 01.12.2025).
• Experience: No prior employment of 1 year or more post-graduation.
• Registration: Must register on NATS Portal.
• Prior Apprenticeship: Should not have undergone apprenticeship earlier.
• Physical Fitness: Medically fit, MBBS certificate required.

Age Limit (as on 01.12.2025)

• Minimum Age: 20 years | Maximum Age: 28 years
• SC/ST: +5 years | OBC (NCL): +3 years | PwBD: +10 years

Salary / Stipend

The total stipend of Rs.13,000/- per month includes:

• Bank Contribution: Rs.8,500/- per month
• Government of India Support: Rs.4,500/- per month (direct DBT)
• Stipend credited in apprentice's savings account via NATS portal
• No additional allowances.

Application Fee

• PwBD: Rs.400 + GST
• SC/ST/All Women: Rs.600 + GST
• Other Candidates: Rs.800 + GST
• Payment Mode: Online via NATS Portal
• Non-refundable

Selection Process

1. Stage 1: Online Written Test – 100 questions (100 marks, 90 minutes)
   • General/Financial Awareness: 25 marks
   • English Language (Qualifying): 25 marks
   • Quantitative & Reasoning Aptitude: 25 marks
   • Computer Knowledge: 25 marks
2. Stage 2: Test of Local Language – mandatory for selected candidates
3. Final Merit List – state-wise & category-wise, based on marks
4. Document Verification & Medical Fitness mandatory
