Eligibility Criteria
- Sr. Manager (Ports & Waterways): Master’s Degree in Marine Engineering & Management, Ocean Structures / Engineering or equivalent.
- Manager (Ports & Waterways): Master’s Degree in Marine Engineering & Management, Ocean Structures / Engineering or equivalent.
- Manager (Coastal Modelling): Master’s Degree in Coastal Engineering, Marine Engineering & Management, Ocean Structures / Engineering or equivalent.
- Assistant Manager (Port Planning): Master’s Degree in Transport Engineering / Transport Planning / Urban Planning or equivalent.
- Manager (Civil/PPS): Full-time Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering with certification in Project Planning software (Primavera/MS Project).
- Assistant Manager (HR): MBA/PGDBA/PGDBM/PGDM/PGDHRM in HR / Personnel Management / Industrial Relations / Labour Welfare.
- Group General Manager (HR): Same as above, HR specialization.
- DGM (Civil-Marine Structural Expert): Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering + Post Graduation in Marine Structures / Coastal Engineering / Ocean Engineering.
- Deputy General Manager (HR): Same as Assistant Manager (HR).
