Eligibility Criteria
- Graduation from Government recognised University or Institution.
- Preferred: MBA (Banking/Finance/Marketing) or certifications such as NISM V-A, XXI-A, CFP, CFA.
- Indian Citizens only.
- Candidates with adverse character/antecedents will not be eligible.
- Teaching & Training experience will not be counted for eligibility.
Age Limit
- VP Wealth (SRM): 26-42 Years
- AVP Wealth (RM): 23-35 Years
- Customer Relationship Executive: 20-35 Years
- Age relaxation as per GOI guidelines for reserved categories.
Salary / CTC
- VP Wealth (SRM): CTC ₹44.70 Lakhs (Fixed ₹30 Lakh + Allowances ₹1.16 Lakh + PLP 45% of Fixed + Increment 0-25%)
- AVP Wealth (RM): CTC ₹30.20 Lakhs (Fixed ₹20 Lakh + Allowances ₹1.16 Lakh + PLP 45% of Fixed + Increment 0-25%)
- Customer Relationship Executive: CTC ₹6.20 Lakhs (Fixed ₹4 Lakh + Allowances ₹0.77 Lakh + PLP 35% of Fixed + Increment 0-25%)
- Contract Period: 5 Years (Renewable for another 4 years)
