SBI Specialist Cadre Officers Recruitment 2025 – Overview
SBI has released notification for 1146 Specialist Cadre Officers posts including VP Wealth (SRM), AVP Wealth (RM), and Customer Relationship Executive.
Candidates with Graduation and MBA/PGDM are eligible. Selected candidates will work on a contractual basis with salary ranging from ₹6.20 Lakh CTC to ₹44.70 Lakh CTC depending on the post.

Eligibility Criteria
- Graduation from a Government recognized University or Institution.
- MBA/PGDM preferred; NISM, CFP, or CFA certifications desirable.
- Indian Citizens only.
- Candidates with adverse reports on character or moral turpitude are not eligible.
- Teaching & training experience will not count for eligibility.
- Age Limit (as on 01-05-2025): VP Wealth SRM: 26-42 yrs, AVP Wealth RM: 23-35 yrs, Customer Relationship Executive: 20-35 yrs (Relaxation as per GOI rules).
Salary / Stipend
- VP Wealth (SRM): ₹44.70 Lakh CTC (Fixed ₹30 Lakh + Allowances ₹1.16 Lakh + PLP 45% + Increment 0-25%).
- AVP Wealth (RM): ₹30.20 Lakh CTC (Fixed ₹20 Lakh + Allowances ₹1.16 Lakh + PLP 45% + Increment 0-25%).
- Customer Relationship Executive: ₹6.20 Lakh CTC (Fixed ₹4 Lakh + Allowances ₹0.77 Lakh + PLP 35% + Increment 0-25%).
- Contract Period: 5 years (renewable up to 4 more years).
Selection Process
- Shortlisting based on application.
- Personal / Telephonic / Video Interview.
- Merit list based on interview scores (100 marks).
- CTC Negotiation as per post.
