Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
- Candidate should be a Graduate in any discipline (Arts / Science / Commerce).
- Postgraduate candidates are also eligible.
- Preference will be given to candidates having:
- MSW / MA in Rural Development
- MA in Sociology / Psychology
- B.Sc. (Veterinary / Horticulture / Agriculture / Agri Marketing)
- B.A. with B.Ed.
Essential Skills
- Strong flair for teaching and training.
- Sound computer knowledge.
- Excellent communication skills in local language.
- Working knowledge of English and Hindi is an added advantage.
- Typing skills in local language are mandatory.
- Typing skills in Hindi/English will be an added advantage.
Experience
- Previous experience as Faculty will be preferred.
Age Limit
- Minimum Age: 22 Years
- Maximum Age: 40 Years
- Age will be calculated as on the date of advertisement.
Salary / Pay Structure
- Consolidated Salary: ₹30,000 per month
- Increment: ₹2,000 per year up to ₹40,000
- Annual Performance Incentive: ₹2,000 based on satisfactory performance
- Fixed Conveyance Allowance: ₹2,500 per month (subject to conditions)
- Mobile Allowance: ₹300 per month
- EPF, ESI & Gratuity as per rules
The contract will be renewed annually based on performance and may continue till the retirement age of 60 years or completion of project period.
