Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

• Graduate in any discipline (Arts / Science / Commerce) is essential.
• Postgraduate candidates are eligible.
• Preference will be given to candidates with:
  • MSW / MA in Rural Development
  • MA in Sociology / Psychology
  • B.Sc. (Veterinary / Horticulture / Agriculture / Agri Marketing)
  • B.A. with B.Ed.

Essential Skills

• Strong flair for teaching and training.
• Sound computer knowledge.
• Excellent communication skills in local language.
• Fluency in English and Hindi is an added advantage.
• Typing skills in local language are mandatory; Hindi / English typing is a plus.

Experience

• Previous experience as Faculty is preferred.

Age Limit

• Minimum: 22 Years
• Maximum: 40 Years
• Age as on date of advertisement.

Salary / Pay Structure

• Consolidated salary: ₹30,000 per month.
• Increment: ₹2,000 per year (up to ₹40,000).
• Annual performance incentive: ₹2,000 based on satisfactory performance.
• Fixed Conveyance Allowance: ₹2,500 per month (subject to completion of minimum field visits).
• Mobile allowance: ₹300 per month.
• EPF, ESI, Gratuity as per rules.
• Contract renewable annually based on performance, up to retirement age 60 years or project period.

Selection Process

• Written Test – General Knowledge & Computer Skills
• Personal Interview – Assess communication ability, leadership, attitude, problem-solving skills, and rapport with trainees.
• Demonstration / Presentation – Assess teaching skills and communication capabilities.
