Vacancy Details
The recruitment includes a total of 10 vacancies, divided equally between Senior Engineer and Manager posts. These roles are critical for the operation of RCFL's Ammonia and Urea plants, as well as for maintaining high standards in chemical production processes.

Eligibility Criteria
RCFL has prescribed detailed eligibility criteria for candidates applying to these posts, ensuring only experienced and qualified professionals are considered:
- Educational Qualification: Regular, full-time B.E. / B.Tech in Chemical Engineering, Chemical Technology, Petrochemical Engineering, or Petrochemical Technology from AICTE/UGC recognized institutions. Dual/integrated degrees are desirable but not mandatory.
- Experience: Minimum of 4 years post-qualification experience in the Fertilizer Industry, preferably with exposure to Ammonia Plants. Candidates with proven project handling and operational experience will be given preference.
- Age Limit: For Senior Engineer (E2): Maximum 36 years (UR), for Manager (E4): Maximum 42 years (UR) as on 01-11-2025. Age relaxation is provided for SC/ST/OBC(NCL)/EWS candidates as per Government norms. Additional 5 years relaxation is allowed for children/family members of the victims of the 1984 riots.
Salary & Benefits
The compensation is designed to attract and retain top talent in the chemical and petrochemical sectors:
- Senior Engineer (E2 Grade): Rs. 50,000 – 1,60,000 per month. Approx. gross monthly salary including Basic Pay, VDA (51.8%), Perks (34%), and HRA (30%) is Rs. 1,07,900/-
- Manager (E4 Grade): Rs. 70,000 – 2,00,000 per month. Approx. gross monthly salary including Basic Pay, VDA (51.8%), Perks (34%), and HRA (30%) is Rs. 1,51,000/-
- Other Benefits: Performance Related Pay (PRP), company accommodation, free medical facilities for self & dependents, gratuity, contributory provident fund, accident insurance, pension, and other social security schemes.
