AIIA Project Staff Recruitment 2026 – Overview

Eligibility Criteria

Project Consultant

  • BAMS from a recognised University/Institute OR
  • B.Sc. (Life Sciences) from a recognised University/Institute
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in handling projects related to AYUSH systems
  • Well-versed with subject matter and project coordination
  • Preference to candidates with Postgraduate qualification and Ayurveda/Agriculture/Horticulture background

Mali (Skilled)

  • 10th pass from a recognised Board
  • Experience in garden maintenance and field work
  • Knowledge of plantation and basic horticulture practices is desirable

Labour (Unskilled)

  • 8th pass from a recognised Board
  • Ability to perform manual labour related to garden and field work

Salary / Stipend

  • Project Consultant – ₹50,000/- per month (Consolidated)
  • Mali (Skilled) – ₹21,215/- per month (Consolidated)
  • Labour (Unskilled) – ₹17,494/- per month (Consolidated)

Age Limit

The age of the candidate should not exceed 40 years as on the date of walk-in interview i.e. 16 January 2026.

Selection Process

  • Selection will be made as per prescribed norms
  • A Selection Committee will evaluate candidates

General Instructions

  • Initial appointment will be for 02 months ending on 31 March 2026
  • Contract may be extended based on performance and project requirement
  • Six working days per week schedule applicable
  • No TA/DA, transport, medical or mobile allowance will be provided
  • Preference will be given to local candidates
  • Appointment is purely contractual and does not confer regularisation rights
