Eligibility Criteria
- Candidate must be an Indian citizen
- Age should be below 35 years for Grade-I and 45 years for Grade-II
- Essential educational qualifications must be from recognized institutions
- Post-qualification experience is mandatory
- Work experience in Telecom Policy, Spectrum Economics, Financial Modelling, Licensing, and Regulatory frameworks is desirable
- Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills are required
Selection Process
Selection will be based on scrutiny of applications, online evaluation, and interaction/interview with the Selection Committee. The decision of TRAI will be final and binding.

Terms & Conditions
- Engagement is purely contractual; the consultant will not be a TRAI employee
- Remuneration is fixed; no other allowances (DA, HRA) except transport allowance
- Contract may be terminated by TRAI or the consultant with one month notice
- Consultants must comply with TRAI standards, confidentiality, and Indian Official Secrets Act
- IP rights of all materials prepared during contract remain with TRAI
- Consultants may be eligible for training reimbursement up to ₹25,000/- per year
- Medical insurance premium up to ₹10,000/- per annum will be reimbursed
