Educational Qualification
Joint General Manager (Civil – Tunnel Construction Expert):
- Full-time Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
- Minimum 13 years of relevant post-qualification experience
- Minimum 60% marks (50% for SC/ST/OBC/PwBD)
- Degree must be recognized by AICTE or a statutory university
DGM & Manager (Transport Economist):
- Full-time Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering / B.Arch / B.Planning
- Master’s degree in Economics / Statistics / Management / Transport Engineering / Transport Planning / Transport Economics / Traffic Engineering
- Experience: 11 years (DGM) and 5 years (Manager)
- Minimum 60% marks (50% for reserved categories)
Age Limit (As on 16 March 2026)
- Joint General Manager: Maximum 43 Years
- DGM: Maximum 41 Years
- Manager: Maximum 35 Years
- SC/ST: 5 Years Relaxation

Selection Process
- Joint General Manager & DGM: Document Scrutiny and Interview
- Manager: Written Test (125 MCQs, 2.5 Hours, No Negative Marking) + Interview
- Minimum Qualifying Marks: 50% (UR/EWS), 45% (Reserved) in written test
- Final Merit based on weightage as per official notification
