Eligibility Criteria – Detailed
Educational Qualification
- Project Engineer: B.E/B.Tech in relevant streams (Electronics, CS/IT, Electrical, Mechanical, Civil) with minimum 55% marks
- Project Associate: M.E/M.Tech or M.Sc in relevant discipline; B.Tech (Engineering Physics) from IIT/NIT accepted
- Project Scientific Assistant: Diploma / B.Sc in Electronics, Mechanical, Electrical, Medical Electronics, Physics, Chemistry
- Project Technical Assistant: ITI in relevant trade, NCVT / NCTVT mandatory; Electrician must have Government Electrician Supervisor License
Age Limit
- Project Engineer / Project Associate: Max 28 years
- Project Scientific Assistant: Max 25 years
- Project Technical Assistant (A): Max 25 years
- Project Technical Assistant (B): Max 30 years
- Age relaxation as per GoI norms
Salary / Stipend
- Project Engineer / Project Associate: ₹34,000/month
- Project Scientific Assistant (A): ₹23,500/month
- Project Technical Assistant (A): ₹21,000/month
