Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification:
- Candidate must have passed Intermediate (10+2) or equivalent from a recognised board or institute.
- Maulvi Certificate, ITI (two-year course by NCVT/SCVT) and Polytechnic Diploma (three-year) are considered equivalent to Intermediate.
Technical Qualification:
- Knowledge of Hindi and English shorthand.
- Computer typing skills and basic computer knowledge including word processing.
Age Limit (as on 01 August 2025)
- Minimum Age: 18 years
- Maximum Age (Unreserved Male): 37 years
- Backward / Extremely Backward Class (Male & Female) and Unreserved Female: 40 years
- SC / ST (Male & Female): 42 years
Application Fee
- Examination Fee: ₹100/-
- Additional Biometric Fee of ₹200/- for candidates not entering Aadhaar number
Salary Structure
Selected candidates will receive salary under Pay Level–4 ranging from ₹25,500 to ₹81,100 per month, along with applicable allowances as per government rules.

Stage A – Written Examination
- Total Questions: 150 (Objective Type)
- Total Marks: 600
- Duration: 2 Hours 15 Minutes
- Negative Marking: 1 mark deduction for each wrong answer

- General Science & Mathematics – 50 Questions
- Mental Ability Test – 50 Questions
Stage B – Practical (Skill) Test
- Hindi & English Shorthand: 80 words per minute
- Typing Test on Computer (Hindi & English)
- Hindi Typing Speed: 30 WPM (Mangal Font)
- English Typing Speed: 30 WPM (US Keyboard)
