NIT Raipur Junior Research Fellow Eligibility Criteria 2026
Educational Qualification:
- B.E./B.Tech. in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent with minimum 60% marks or 6.5 CGPA.
- M.E./M.Tech. in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent with minimum 60% marks or 6.5 CGPA.
- OR B.E./B.Tech. from an Institute of National Importance with minimum 75% marks or 8.0 CGPA.
Candidates must ensure that their degree is from a recognized university/institute. Final year students are generally not eligible unless their results are declared before the interview date.
NIT Raipur JRF Age Limit 2026
- Maximum Age: 35 Years (Preference up to 35 years).
- Age relaxation, if applicable, will be considered as per Government of India norms.
NIT Raipur JRF Salary 2026
Selected candidate will receive a fellowship of Rs. 37,000/- per month + HRA as per institute rules. HRA will be admissible if hostel accommodation is not provided.
