Eligibility Criteria

  • Educational Qualification: Ph.D. in Plant Pathology OR M.Sc.(Ag.) in Plant Pathology OR Bachelor's Degree (4/5 years) with first division from ICAR accredited Universities/Colleges.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of teaching/research experience evidenced through Fellowship, Associateship, Training, or other engagements.
  • Research Publications: At least one research paper in SCI/NAAS rated ≥4.0 journals.
  • Age Limit: 40 years for men, 45 years for women.

Terms & Conditions

  • Temporary, contractual post for 11 months or until regular post is filled, whichever is earlier.
  • No claim for regular appointment in ANGRAU or any government organization.
  • Contract may be terminated at any time without notice or reason.
  • Concealing facts or canvassing leads to disqualification/termination.
  • One-month notice required if the candidate wants to leave the post; otherwise pay in lieu.
  • Medical fitness certificate at candidate’s expense required before joining.
  • No T.A/D.A for interview or joining.
  • Decision of selection committee is final and binding.
  • Associate Dean reserves the right to cancel/postpone interviews for unavoidable reasons.
