The Office of the District and Sessions Judge, Palwal has released the official public employment notice dated 17 February 2026 for the recruitment of Stenographer Grade-III (English) and Clerk (English) on ad-hoc basis. A total of 69 vacancies (10 Stenographer + 59 Clerk) will be filled on consolidated monthly pay of ₹25,500/-.

Educational Qualification
1. Stenographer Grade-III (English)
Candidates must possess a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) or Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) or equivalent degree from a recognized university.
2. Clerk (English)
Applicants must hold a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) or Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) or equivalent degree from a recognized university and must have passed Matriculation with Hindi as one of the subjects.
Age Limit (As on 01 January 2026)
- Minimum Age: 18 Years
- Maximum Age: 42 Years
- Age relaxation for SC, BC and other reserved categories as per Haryana Government rules.
Selection Process
For Stenographer Grade-III
- English Shorthand Test – 80 WPM
- Transcription – 20 WPM on Computer
- Computer Proficiency Test (Qualifying)
