Eligibility Criteria
Candidates applying for RBI Office Attendant Recruitment 2026 must fulfil all eligibility conditions as on 01 January 2026. Applications of candidates who do not meet the criteria will be rejected at any stage.
Educational Qualification
- Passed 10th Standard (S.S.C./Matriculation) from the concerned State or Union Territory.
- The candidate must be an undergraduate as on 01 January 2026.
- Graduates and candidates possessing higher qualifications are not eligible to apply.
- Ex-Servicemen must have completed at least 15 years of defence service and should not have graduated outside the Armed Forces.

Salary Structure & Pay Scale
Selected candidates will receive a starting basic pay of ₹24,250 per month under the pay scale of ₹24,250 – 840 (4) – 27,610 – 980 (3) – 30,550 – 1200 (3) – 34,150 – 1620 (2) – 37,390 – 1990 (4) – 45,350 – 2700 (2) – 50,750 – 2800 (1) – 53,550 along with admissible allowances.
The approximate initial gross monthly emoluments are around ₹46,029 per month, excluding House Rent Allowance. HRA at 15% of pay is applicable if bank accommodation is not provided.
