Eligibility Criteria
- Essential qualification: ITI, Diploma, B.Sc, B.Tech/B.E, MCA or PG Diploma in relevant field from a recognized University/Institute.
- Experience: 1 to 5 years in relevant discipline depending on qualification.
- Desirable: Specific software skills (CAD/FEA), lab instrument experience, or academic institute experience.
- Candidate must fulfill age and qualification criteria as on 06 January 2026.
Age Limit
- Maximum age: 30 years
- Reserved categories: SC/ST – 5 yrs, OBC NCL – 3 yrs, PwD, and Ex-servicemen as per rules
- Regular IIT employees: Max age 50 years

- Unreserved/EWS: Rs. 500/-
- OBC: Rs. 400/-
- SC/ST/Women/PwD/ESM: Rs. 300/-
- Fee is non-refundable under any circumstances
Selection Process
- Shortlisting based on higher criteria than minimum eligibility
- Written test and/or trade test/presentation/interview for shortlisted candidates
- Final selection decision is binding and at the discretion of IIT Mandi
