DRCS Kangra Recruitment 2025 – Overview
DRCS Kangra has released an official notification for 1 Nurse/Male Nurse and 2 Chowkidar posts on a contract basis. These posts are temporary and full-time positions. Selected candidates will receive a fixed monthly salary and will work at District De-addiction Centre, Prayas Bhawan, Dharamshala.

Vacancy Details
- Nurse/Male Nurse – 1 post (₹15,000/- per month)
- Chowkidar – 2 posts (₹9,000/- per month)
Eligibility Criteria
- Nurse/Male Nurse: GNM/B.Sc Nursing degree, willing to be trained as per MSJ&E guidelines.
- Chowkidar: 10th pass with 2 years experience in Hospitals, Health Care Centres, or De-addiction Centres.
- Age Limit for all posts: 18–45 years as on 31.12.2025.

- Fee: ₹200/- (Demand Draft in favor of Secretary, DRCS Kangra at Dharamshala)
- Payable at State Bank of India, District Court Branch, Dharamshala
- Fee is non-refundable
Selection Process
- Nurse/Male Nurse: Merit based on GNM/B.Sc marks (70), experience marks (up to 5), and interview (20 marks)
- Chowkidar: Merit based on 10th marks (85), evaluation criteria (15 marks)
- Preference given to ex-servicemen
- Final selection based on total merit
