AIIMS Bilaspur Faculty Recruitment 2025-26 – Overview
AIIMS Bilaspur has released notification for recruitment of teaching faculty across multiple specialties. These posts are full-time, permanent/contractual positions under Government of India norms. Selected candidates will receive salary as per 7th CPC Pay Matrix along with all allowances and NPA (for medical qualifications).

Eligibility Criteria
- Candidate must be registered with State Medical Council/MCI/NMC.
- DNB candidates must provide equivalence certificate as per MCI notification 31-10-2018.
- Experience as per DNB training institute category (para 2(a)-2(d) of MCI notification).
- Candidate must fulfill age, qualification and experience criteria as on 15.01.2026.
Salary / Pay Scale
- Professor: ₹1,68,900–2,20,400 + NPA
- Additional Professor: ₹1,48,200–2,11,400 + NPA
- Associate Professor: ₹1,38,300–2,09,200 + NPA
- Assistant Professor: ₹1,01,500–1,67,400 + NPA
- Retired faculty on contract: Pay = Last drawn pension deducted from last salary, no increment
Age Limit
- Professor/Additional Professor (Direct): ≤58 years
- Professor/Additional Professor (Deputation): ≤56 years
- Professor/Additional Professor (Contract): ≤70 years
- Associate/Assistant Professor: ≤50 years
- Relaxations: SC/ST – 5 yrs, OBC – 3 yrs, PwBD – 10 yrs, Ex-Servicemen – as per DoPT

Selection Process
- Scrutiny of applications by AIIMS Bilaspur committee
- Eligible candidates called for personal interview
- Selection based on experience, teaching/training, research, publications, patient care, and administrative work
- Presentation of achievements in PowerPoint (max 5 min) during interview
- Final selection subject to medical fitness and document verification
