Eligibility Criteria for SVNIT RA-I / PA-I Recruitment 2026
Research Associate-I (RA-I):
- Ph.D. in Electronics Engineering or equivalent.
- OR 3 years of research, teaching, design & development experience after M.E./M.Tech in VLSI Design / Microelectronics / Electronics & Communication.
- At least 1 research paper published in Science Citation Indexed (SCI) journal.
Project Associate-I (PA-I):
- M.E. / M.Tech in VLSI Design / Microelectronics / Electronics & Communication or equivalent degree.
