Oil India Limited (OIL) is recruiting 02 Retainer Doctors on a contractual basis. This engagement is purely temporary, on-shift & on-call duties at Field HQ, Duliajan. Selected candidates will receive ₹ 85,000/- per month (Fixed + Variable components). Contract does not confer any right for permanent employment.

Eligibility Criteria
- Educational Qualification: MBBS with minimum one-year internship.
- Registration: Must have valid Certificate of Registration from Medical Council of India (MCI) or State Medical Council (SMC) as mandated by the Indian Medical Council Act 1956.
- Age Limit: Minimum 18 years, Maximum 50 years on date of registration for Walk-in-Interview.
- Nationality: Only Indian Nationals eligible.
- Reservation: Both posts are Unreserved (UR). PwBD suitability OA, OL, OAL, Dw; Ex-Servicemen as per Government guidelines.
- Date of Birth proof: Class 10 Admit Card/Pass Certificate/Marksheet from recognized board.
Salary / Contract Emoluments
- Total Contract Emoluments: ₹ 85,000/- per month (Fixed + Variable).
- During maternity leave, only the Fixed component is paid.
- No additional allowances are provided.
- Payment is purely contractual; no claim for permanent employment.
Selection Process
- Selection will be based on a Walk-in Interview of 100 marks.
- Minimum qualifying marks: 50 for all categories.

- Personal Attributes & Soft Skills
- Final selection purely based on merit from Walk-in Interview scores.
- Only candidates with verified original documents will be allowed to appear for interview.
Walk-in Interview Instructions
- Report for registration between 07:00 AM – 09:00 AM on 20 January 2026.
- Bring original certificates & documents:
- Date of Birth proof (Class 10 certificate)
- MBBS degree & Marksheets
- Internship completion certificate
- MCI/SMC registration certificate
- Category / PwBD certificates (if applicable)
- Only verified candidates will be permitted for the Walk-in Interview.
- If candidate numbers exceed capacity, remaining candidates may be interviewed on subsequent day(s).
- No TA/DA will be provided. Candidates must arrange their own travel & stay.
General Instructions
- Contractual work is shift & on-call at Duliajan Field HQ.
- Engagement is temporary; does not grant any claim for permanent employment.
- Contract can be terminated by either party with 15 days’ notice.
- Fitness certificate and police verification required at joining.
- Selected candidates may be posted at any location at discretion of OIL authority, with shared accommodation provided.
- 10 days paid leave per year, max 6 days at a time.
- Any disputes will be under Dibrugarh district court jurisdiction only.
- Submission of false information/documents will lead to disqualification and debarring from future recruitment.
