IRCON Works Engineer/Civil Recruitment 2026 – Overview
IRCON INTERNATIONAL LIMITED (IRCON) is recruiting 02 Works Engineer/Civil posts for its Meghalaya Project. The selected candidates will work on contract basis with a fixed consolidated pay of Rs. 36,000/- per month plus annual increment of 5%. The appointment is co-terminus with the project and initially for one year, extendable based on performance.

Eligibility Criteria
- Full-time B.Tech/B.E in Civil Engineering with minimum 60% marks.
- Minimum 1-year experience in Civil Construction work. Preference to building works experience.
- Applicants must bring original and photocopies of educational, experience, DOB, and caste/age certificates.
- Registration for walk-in starts at 09:30 am; last registration by 1:00 pm on interview date.
Salary / Stipend
- Fixed Consolidated Pay: Rs. 36,000/- per month.
- Annual increment of 5% on fixed pay after each completed year.
- No other allowances except as mentioned.
Selection Process
- Through walk-in interviews on 13 January 2026.
- Shortlisting based on eligibility and experience documents verification.
- Only eligible applicants will be interviewed; candidature may be cancelled for false/incorrect information.
Important Notes
- Posts are specific to IRCON Meghalaya Project and not for regular IRCON establishment.

- Medical insurance of Rs. 3,00,000/- required; premium reimbursable upon submission of proof.
