Eligibility Criteria

  • Educational Qualification: Candidate must hold a Graduate degree from a recognized university.
  • Applicants should have MS-CIT (Maharashtra State Certificate in Information Technology) or an equivalent computer certificate.

Salary and Training Details

  • Training Period: 2 years
  • 1st Year: Rs. 15,000/- per month + PF
  • 2nd Year: Rs. 18,000/- per month + PF
  • Probation Period: 1 year – Rs. 20,000/- per month + PF
  • After successful completion of probation, candidates will receive full salary as per the bank’s permanent employee structure.
  • The pay structure follows training → probation → permanent service progression.

Selection Process
