Eligibility Criteria

- Resource Person – 1: Post Graduate in Business Management / Rural Management / Cooperative Management. CAIIB qualification will be considered an added advantage.

- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in rural banking, NBFC, MFI, insurance, sales & retail, cooperative institutions, NABARD, SIDBI or similar developmental institutions.
Age Limit
- Preferred age: Less than 50 years.
- For retired/resigned officers with suitable experience: Maximum age limit is 65 years.
- Age relaxation is subject to the discretion of the Selection Committee.
Salary / Remuneration
- Consolidated remuneration of ₹75,000/- per month per Resource Person.
- Additional incentive may be paid as applicable during the project period.
- Appointment is purely on a contract basis up to 02 February 2027.
Selection Process

- Final selection will be made by a Selection Committee.
