Eligibility Criteria
- Essential Qualifications: Postgraduate degree in Management / Entrepreneurship / Economics / Engineering / Technology / Computer Science / Computer Applications / Social Sciences or allied disciplines with minimum 60% marks; Graduate degree in related discipline with at least 60% marks; MBA / PGDM / Master’s degree preferred.
- Desirable Skills: Experience with government missions, startup ecosystems, MSMEs, innovation hubs, program implementation, startup mentoring, event management, documentation, MIS reporting, and strong coordination skills.
- Experience:
- Innovation Hub Manager: Minimum 4 years relevant experience in startup incubation, entrepreneurship programs, MSME support, or government projects.
- Assistant Manager / Associate: Minimum 2 years relevant experience or fresh postgraduates with project/internship exposure.
Salary / Stipend
- Innovation Hub Manager: ₹65,000/- per month
- Innovation Hub Assistant Manager: ₹45,000/- per month
- Innovation Hub Associate: ₹35,000/- per month
Age Limit
25-45 years as on the date of advertisement notification.
Selection Process
- Shortlisting based on qualifications and experience.
- Interview / written test / skills assessment.
- Final selection based on performance and project requirements.
