Eligibility Criteria
Associate Director (IT)
- Qualification: BCA/B.Tech (CSE/IT)/M.Tech/MCA or equivalent.
- Experience: Minimum 15 years in IT with at least 3 years in managerial role managing teams of 20+ professionals.
- Skills Required: Frontend (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Bootstrap, React.js), Backend (Laravel, Python Django/Flask, Node.js), PostgreSQL/Oracle, Linux environments, deployment, CI/CD, SEO, Agile & Waterfall methodology.
- Desirable: Experience in finance/manufacturing domain, product development, data visualization, Agile coaching.
Associate Director
- Qualification: CA (ICAI member) or B.Tech/B.E with MBA(Finance).
- Experience: Minimum 15 years in public sector banks, financial sector, consulting, or government departments. Preference for consulting/advisory experience.
Senior Associate - Technical (ACC)
- Qualification: Bachelors/Masters in Chemical/Electrical/Mechanical/Electronics Engineering or Sciences/Technology.
- Experience: 4–6 years in advanced chemistry cell, battery technology, energy storage, electric mobility.
- Skills: Manufacturing process knowledge, electrochemical engineering principles, materials science, plant machinery.
Senior Associate – Technical (REPM)
- Qualification: B.E/B.Tech (Metallurgical/Materials/Electrical) with M.Tech/PhD preferred.
- Experience: 6+ years in Rare Earth Permanent Magnets manufacturing or consultancy.
- Skills: Midstream process knowledge, technology evaluation, DPR analysis, ToT agreements.
Associate (REPM)
- Qualification: B.E/B.Tech with MBA(Finance).
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in finance/consulting, project appraisal, credit, monitoring.
Age Limit (as on 31-12-2025)
- Associate Director (IT): Maximum 45 years
- Associate Director: Maximum 55 years
- Senior Associate - Technical (ACC/REPM): Maximum 35 years
- Associate (REPM): Maximum 30 years

Selection Process
