Eligibility Criteria
Candidates applying for EdCIL Graduate Apprentices Recruitment 2026 must carefully read and ensure compliance with all eligibility conditions before submitting the online application.
- Only Indian Nationals are eligible to apply.
- Candidates must possess a full-time Graduation degree in the specified streams from AICTE/UGC recognized institutions.
- The qualifying degree must have been completed on or after 01 April 2024.
- Candidates who have already completed apprenticeship training in any organization are not eligible.
- Candidates currently undergoing apprenticeship training with any organization are also not eligible.
- Candidates who terminated apprenticeship training mid-way are not eligible to apply.

Stipend / Salary Details
All selected Graduate Apprentices will receive a consolidated monthly stipend of ₹15,000/- throughout the one-year training period.
- ₹10,500/- per month paid directly by EdCIL (India) Limited.
- ₹4,500/- per month paid through Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT) under NATS.
Candidates must have an active Aadhaar-linked and DBT-enabled bank account to receive the stipend without delay.
Selection Process
The selection process for EdCIL Graduate Apprentices Recruitment 2026 is designed to ensure transparency and merit-based engagement.
- Selection will be conducted through Online Interview.
- If the number of applicants exceeds five times the number of vacancies, shortlisting will be done based on academic performance.
- Final merit will be prepared based on:
- Academic Performance in Degree – 80%
- Performance in Interview – 20%
- Reservation for SC/ST/OBC candidates will be applicable as per Government of India norms.
- In case of non-availability of candidates in reserved categories, vacancies may be filled from other categories.
Important Instructions for Candidates
- Engagement as an apprentice does not guarantee permanent employment in EdCIL.
- Apprentices will be governed by the Apprentices Act, 1961.
- The decision of EdCIL management regarding selection and engagement will be final.
- Performance of apprentices will be reviewed every three months.
- Issuance of apprenticeship completion certificate is subject to satisfactory performance.

- Register as a student and obtain a 16-digit Enrollment Number.
- Ensure enrollment is verified by the respective Regional Board.
- After obtaining the enrollment number, apply through the official Google Form link provided in the notification.
