Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must possess full-time regular qualifications from AICTE / UGC recognized institutions. Distance education qualifications are not eligible for HURL Recruitment 2026.
- Engineering Posts: Full-time B.Tech / B.E in relevant discipline with minimum 60% marks.
- Management Posts: MBA / PGDM in relevant specialization from recognized institute.
- Medical Posts: MBBS degree from MCI recognized institution.
- Experience: Post-qualification executive experience as specified in official notification.
- Desirable Qualification: LLB for HR-related positions.
Salary Structure
HURL offers one of the best pay scales among PSU jobs. Salary is inclusive of basic pay, allowances and PRP.
- Vice President: ₹1,20,000 – ₹2,80,000 per month
- Additional Chief Manager: ₹90,000 – ₹2,40,000 per month
- Senior Manager: ₹80,000 – ₹2,20,000 per month
- Manager: ₹70,000 – ₹2,00,000 per month
- Deputy Manager: ₹60,000 – ₹1,80,000 per month
- Assistant Manager: ₹50,000 – ₹1,60,000 per month
- Engineer / Officer: ₹40,000 – ₹1,50,000 per month
