Eligibility Criteria
- Supreme Court of India: Advocate on Record under Supreme Court Rules 1966 with minimum 8 years experience.
- High Court of Delhi / NGT / Other Tribunals: Advocate enrolled with Bar Council of India with minimum 6 years experience.
- District Courts (Delhi Jurisdiction): Advocate enrolled with Bar Council of India / State Bar Councils and member of District Bar Association with minimum 4 years experience.
- Desirable: Previous empanelment with Pollution Control Boards, Government Ministries, PSUs, or experience in environmental law cases in NGT/Delhi.
- Nationality: Indian citizen.
- Qualification: LLB/LLM and enrollment with relevant Bar Council.
Salary / Professional Fee

Selection Process
