Eligibility Criteria Explained

Candidates must ensure they meet all eligibility conditions as on 01 January 2026. Applications without required eligibility may be rejected at any stage.

• Nationality: Candidate must be an Indian citizen.
• Educational Qualification:
  Full-time B.E / B.Tech / M.E / M.Tech / MCA in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics & Communication or equivalent discipline from a recognised university or institution approved by Government authorities.
• Preferred Certifications:
  Post-specific certifications such as Java, MERN Stack, Cloud Engineering, AI/ML, Database Administration, Networking, Linux, Finacle, and related technologies may be preferred depending on the post.
• Experience Requirement:
  • Officer (JMG/S-I): Minimum 1 year IT experience
  • Manager (MMG/S-II): Minimum 3 years IT experience
  • Senior Manager (MMG/S-III): Minimum 5 years IT experience with at least 2 years in relevant domain
  Post-qualification experience of less than six months is not counted. Clerical cadre experience is not considered.

Age Limit and Relaxation

Age calculated as on 01 January 2026.

• Officer: 22 to 32 years
• Manager: 24 to 34 years
• Senior Manager: 27 to 37 years

Age Relaxation:

• SC / ST: 5 years
• OBC (Non-Creamy Layer): 3 years
• PwD: Up to 15 years as per category
• Ex-Servicemen: Up to 10 years as per category

Salary Structure

Selected candidates will receive salary as per Bank of Baroda pay scales along with applicable allowances.

• Officer (JMG/S-I): ₹48,480 – ₹85,920
• Manager (MMG/S-II): ₹64,820 – ₹93,960
• Senior Manager (MMG/S-III): ₹85,920 – ₹1,05,280

In addition to basic pay, candidates are entitled to DA, HRA, medical benefits, leave benefits and other bank-specific allowances.
