• Assam Finance Service (Finance & Accounts Officer / Treasury Officer) (Junior Grade II) – 12 posts (Through Departmental Examination)

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduate from a recognized university.
• Accounts Officer/Deputy Accounts Officer of Assam Accounts Service, Audit Officer of Assam Local Fund Audit Service or member of Assam Treasury (Estt.) Service eligible if age ≤ 50 years and minimum 5 years continuous service.

Application Fee

• General: Rs.250 + processing fee Rs.40 + 18% GST = Rs.297.20
• OBC/MOBC: Rs.150 + processing fee Rs.40 + 18% GST = Rs.197.20
• SC/ST: NIL + processing fee Rs.40 + 18% GST = Rs.47.20

Selection Process

• Departmental (Promotion) Examination:
• Paper-I: General Accounts (With Books)
• Paper-II: Fundamental Rules & Subsidiary Rules, Financial Rules, Treasury Rules (Without Books)
• Paper-III: Commercial Book Keeping (Charter's Advance Accounts, 4th Edition or latest) (Without Books)
• Paper-IV: Constitution of India & Public Finance (Without Books)

• Register, complete One Time Registration (OTR), login, and fill the application form.
• Upload required documents (max 200 KB) and photograph/signature in JPG/JPEG.
• Pay application and processing fee as applicable.
