Candidates should have a Post Graduate Degree (M.Sc) in Physics/Electronics or Graduate/Post Graduate Degree in Professional Course selected through CSIR-UGC NET/GATE or other national-level exams by DST/DBT/DAE/DOS/DRDO/MHRD/ICAR/IISc/IISER etc. Valid registration with CSIR-UGC/NET/GATE certificates required.
