- Officer-In-Charge: Graduate with minimum 5 years experience in healthcare institutions or managerial positions.
- Pharmacist: B.Pharmacy OR 10+2 (Science PCB) with approved Diploma in Pharmacy and minimum 3 years experience.
- Nursing Assistant: GNM Diploma or Class-1 Nursing Assistants Course (Armed Forces) with minimum 5 years experience.
- Laboratory Technician: B.Sc (Medical Lab Technology) OR 10+2 Science with Diploma in Medical Lab Tech and minimum 3 years experience as Lab Assistant.
- Dental Hygienist/Dental Assistant: Diploma in Dental Hygienist or Class-1 DH/DORA Course (Armed Forces) with minimum 5 years experience.
- DEO/Clerk: Graduate or Class-1 Clerical Trade (Armed Forces) with minimum 5 years experience.
- Female Attendant: Literate with minimum 5 years experience in Civil/Army health institutions.
