Educational Qualification
- Full-time Graduate Degree in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 60% marks from a recognized University/Institute approved by AICTE/UGC.
- Final percentage should be mentioned without rounding off.
Experience Requirement
- Minimum 1 year experience in Building Construction works.
- Candidates with experience in building maintenance works will be given preference.
Salary Structure
- Fixed Consolidated Pay: ₹36,000/- per month
- Annual Increment: 5% increase after completion of each year of service
- No additional allowances apart from the fixed pay
Age Limit (as on 01 January 2026)
- Maximum Age: 30 Years
- Age relaxation applicable as per Government of India norms
Selection Process
- Written Examination and/or Interview
- Shortlisted candidates will be called for interview
- Final selection based on performance and eligibility verification

Contract & Service Conditions
- Initial contract period: One Year
- Extendable based on performance and project requirement
- Appointment is project-based and does not guarantee absorption
- PF deduction as per EPF & MP Act, 1952 with matching IRCON contribution
- Medical Insurance of ₹3 Lakhs (premium reimbursable up to ₹4,000 annually)
- One leave per calendar month; no leave encashment allowed
- Weekly off and public holidays as per project office
- TA/DA admissible for official outstation duties
