Eligibility Criteria
- Candidate must be a citizen of India.
- Maximum age limit is 30 years as on the date of receipt of application.
- Educational qualifications are post-specific: combinations of BE/B.Tech with MBA/PGDM, MBA/PGDM with Science/Engineering, or LLM.
- Minimum 3 years of post-qualification work experience in relevant domains like Government Ministries, geospatial/space technology, policy, strategy, IT, or legal work.
- Experience must be post-qualification in roles such as Young Professional, Consultant, Management Trainee, or Management Consultant in Government organizations.
- All candidates must provide valid documents for education, experience, and identity during verification; false information will result in cancellation.
Salary / Stipend
- Consolidated remuneration of Rs. 90,000/- per month.
- Performance-linked increments up to 10% annually based on evaluation.
- No additional allowances beyond consolidated pay except TA/DA as per entitlement for official travel.
Selection Process
- Applications will be scrutinized based on educational qualifications and post-qualification experience (50% weightage for academics, 20% for experience).
- Shortlisted candidates will be called for interview (30% weightage).
- Marks for evaluation include Class 12th best 5 subjects and final examination marks for BE/B.Tech/MBA, with CGPA conversions provided if applicable.
- Final merit list combines scrutiny marks (70%) and interview scores (30%).
- Document verification is mandatory; discrepancies lead to cancellation.
General Information / Instructions

- Engagement is purely contractual; no claim for permanent employment.
