Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor of Arts or Science or equivalent from a recognized University.
- Passed Matriculation with Hindi as one of the subjects.
- Proficiency in operation of Computers.
Salary / Stipend
Consolidated pay of Rs. 25,500/- per month.
Age Limit (as on 31 January 2026)
- Minimum Age: 18 years
- Maximum Age: As per latest Haryana Government instructions
- Relaxation for DSC/OSC, Backward Class-A/B & Govt employees as per Haryana Govt rules
Selection Process
- Stenographer Grade-III: English Shorthand Test at 80 w.p.m. + Transcription at 20 w.p.m. + Qualifying Computer Proficiency Test.
- Clerk: Written Examination (English Composition & General Knowledge - 50 marks each) + Qualifying Computer Typing Test (30 w.p.m.).
General Instructions
- Posts are on adhoc basis initially for six months or until regular appointments.
- Separate application required for each post.
- Incomplete applications or without attested documents will be rejected.
- No TA/DA will be paid.
- Number of vacancies may increase or decrease.
