Eligibility Criteria
Finance and Accounts Officer
- Master’s Degree with at least 55% marks or equivalent grade.
- Nine years’ experience as Assistant Professor in Academic Level 10 or above with experience in educational administration OR comparable experience in research establishments or higher education institutions OR five years’ experience as Accounts Officer (Class-I) or equivalent.
- Certificate of basic knowledge of computer applications from a recognized institute as per Government of Gujarat resolutions.
- Maximum age limit: 45 years.
Law Officer
- LL.B from a recognized Indian University with at least 7 years’ experience of law practice in civil, criminal or service matters.
- LL.M from a recognized Indian University with minimum 55% marks or equivalent grade.
- Certificate of basic knowledge of computer applications as per Government resolutions.
- Maximum age limit: 42 years.
Salary / Pay Scale
- Finance and Accounts Officer: Pay Level 11 – ₹67,700 to ₹2,08,700 per month (7th CPC).
- Law Officer: Pay Level 10 – ₹56,100 to ₹1,77,500 per month (7th CPC).
- Allowances, DA and benefits will be applicable as per Government of Gujarat and University rules.

- UR Candidates: ₹1,500/-
- SC/ST/SEBC/EWS Candidates: ₹750/-
- PwBD Candidates: Exempted
- Application fee is non-refundable.
