Eligibility Criteria
- Educational Qualification: Must have passed 10th Standard from a recognized board.
- Experience: Ability to read and write the local language is preferred.
- Age Limit: Minimum 22 years and maximum 40 years as on 04 January 2026.
Salary / Stipend
- Consolidated salary ranges from ₹14,000/- to ₹19,000/- per month.
- Fixed Conveyance Allowance (FCA): ₹1,000/- per month.
- Mobile Allowance: ₹300/- per month.
- EPF, ESI, Gratuity applicable as per rules.
- Annual performance incentive: ₹1,000/- per year based on satisfactory review.
- Annual medical allowance: ₹5,000/- on declaration basis.
- Contract continues till retirement age of 60 years or project completion, subject to satisfactory performance and renewal.
Selection Process
- Selection will be done through Interview only.
- The contractual engagement is temporary and valid for 3 years, with annual review and renewal based on performance.
- No right to claim regular employment or automatic renewal beyond contract terms.
General Information / Instructions
- Casual Leave: 12 days per year.
- Privilege Leave: 10 days per year.
- Sick Leave: 10 days per year.
- Maternity Leave: As per “The Maternity Benefit (Amendment) Act, 2017”.
- Paternity Leave: 15 days per child as applicable.
- Candidates must ensure all details provided are accurate; incomplete or late applications will be rejected.
- Selected candidate must submit medical fitness certificate before joining.
- Contract termination can be done by either party with one month notice or salary in lieu thereof.
- Decision of BSVS trust regarding selection or contract termination shall be final.
- New joiner must submit joining report and complete formalities with the Director, RSETI.
