Eligibility Criteria
- General Manager (HR & Admin): Master’s Degree/Postgraduate in Business Administration with HRM specialization, minimum 15 years of experience in HRM/Personnel Management including Office administration. Experience in externally aided projects preferred.
- General Manager (Urban Reforms): MBA (IT/Marketing) or equivalent, minimum 15 years of experience in urban governance, public sector reforms, project management. Project management certifications and experience in large-scale technology/reforms projects preferred.
- Deputy General Manager (Procurement): First-class graduate in Civil Engineering, certification in Public Procurement, minimum 8 years experience in public procurement including EAP or MDB funded projects.
- No age bar for deserving candidates for any post.
Salary & Contract
- General Manager (HR & Admin / Urban Reforms): Rs. 1,50,000 per month
- Deputy General Manager (Procurement): Rs. 1,30,000 per month
- Initial contract period: 11 months, extendable based on performance reflected in Annual Performance Appraisal Report.

Selection Process
- Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interview/written test.
