IOCL is offering 523 apprenticeship positions across various trades including Fitter, Electrician, Data Entry Operator, and Machinist. Positions are available for Technician Apprentices (Diploma holders), Trade Apprentices (ITI holders), and Graduate Apprentices (degree holders). Age Limit

Age should be between 18 and 24 years as of 30-09-2025.
Age Relaxation:
SC/ST: 5 years
OBC-NCL: 3 years
PwBD: 10 years

Educational Qualification

• Technician Apprentice: 3-year Diploma (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Instrumentation, Electronics) with ≥50% marks.
• Trade Apprentice: Matriculation + 2-year ITI in relevant trades.
• Graduate Apprentice: B.A., B.Sc., or B.Com with ≥50% marks (45% for reserved categories).

Salary / Stipend

• Technician Apprentices: ₹8,000–₹12,000/month
• Graduate Apprentices: ₹9,000–₹12,000/month
• Trade Apprentices: Stipend as per government norms
