Eligibility Criteria
Candidates applying for RBI Part Time Bank’s Medical Consultant Recruitment 2025 must satisfy the eligibility conditions prescribed by the Reserve Bank of India. The engagement is purely on contract basis and intended to provide medical services to bank staff.
- Applicant must possess an MBBS degree from a university recognized by the Medical Council of India (MCI).
- Candidates having Post Graduate Degree (MD/MS) in General Medicine are also eligible to apply.
- Minimum 02 years of post-qualification experience practicing Allopathic system of medicine in a hospital or clinic.
- The applicant should have his/her dispensary or place of residence within a radius of 10–15 km from the Bank’s dispensary location.
Remuneration / Salary
Selected candidates will be paid remuneration on hourly basis as detailed below:
- ₹1,000/- per hour for actual duty hours performed.
- ₹1,000/- per month treated as conveyance expenses.
- ₹1,000/- per month reimbursed towards mobile charges.
- If required to attend duty on public holidays, compensation @ ₹1,000/- per hour will be paid.
- Remuneration is all-inclusive and paid based on actual working hours.
No additional benefits such as Provident Fund, Pension, Gratuity, Leave or other perquisites shall be admissible, as the engagement is purely contractual.

Selection Process
- Selection will be through document verification and interview.
- The Bank may raise the minimum eligibility criteria to limit the number of candidates.
- Shortlisted candidates will be required to undergo a medical examination at their own cost.
- Final engagement is subject to medical fitness and execution of contract agreement.
- The decision of the Reserve Bank of India shall be final.
