Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must fulfill the prescribed educational qualification, age limit and relevant work experience for the post applied. NABARD is looking for highly skilled professionals with domain expertise to support its core functions related to rural development, banking supervision, risk management, analytics and information technology.
- Educational Qualification: Post Graduate / Professional Degree such as MBA, PGDM, Economics, Finance, Statistics, Management, Agriculture, Engineering, IT, Data Science, CA/CFA/ICWA etc. (post-wise).
- Experience: Minimum 1 year to 10+ years of relevant experience depending on the post.
- Age Limit: Minimum 23 years and maximum up to 62 years (post-wise) as on 01 December 2025.
Salary / Remuneration
NABARD offers attractive consolidated remuneration for Specialists engaged on contract:
- Additional Chief Risk Manager: ₹3.85 lakh per month
- Risk Managers & Project Managers: ₹3.00 lakh per month
- Producer Organization Manager / GI Manager / Startup Manager / Senior Consultant: ₹1.50 lakh per month
- Financial Analyst: ₹1.75 – ₹2.00 lakh per month
- Data Scientist-cum-BI Developer: ₹15 – ₹21 lakh per year
- Annual increment up to 10% may be granted based on performance.

- SC / ST / PwBD: ₹150 + applicable GST
- All Other Candidates: ₹850 + applicable GST
- Fee must be paid online; transaction charges to be borne by the candidate.
