Eligibility Criteria
- Post-specific qualifications: Diploma/B.Sc/10+2 with Sub-Officers’ Course & HMV licence (as per post)
- Essential experience/knowledge as per post requirement
- Age limits: 18-26 years for general category; relaxations for SC/ST/OBC/EWS/PwBD/Ex-Servicemen as per govt rules
Selection Process
- Stage 1: Computer Based Test (CBT) – 100 MCQs, 120 minutes, qualifying marks: 40% (35% SC/ST/PwBD)
- Stage 2: Skill/Proficiency/Physical Test (SPPT) – Qualifying only
- Final Merit: Based on CBT scores of candidates who qualify SPPT
Salary / Pay Scale
- Non-Executive cadre: Rs. 25,000 – 1,05,000/- per month including allowances
- Other benefits: HRA, Medical, PF, Gratuity, Performance-linked incentive, LTC, Education allowance, Career progression
