Eligibility Criteria
- Technical Posts: 4-year full-time Engineering Degree (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Marine, Civil, Production, Naval Architecture) with 55%-60% marks as per post.
- Finance Posts: Chartered Accountant (CA) or Cost & Management Accountant (CMA).
- IT Posts: 4-year Engineering Degree or MCA.
- Legal Posts: Full-time LLB from Bar Council recognized institution.
- Medical Posts: MBBS from NMC recognized University.
- Admin/HR/Company Secretary/Safety/Security Posts: Specific Graduate/PG/Diploma as per notification.
- Age Limit: Minimum 28 years; Maximum 56 years (category-wise relaxations applicable as per rules).
Selection Process
- Shortlisting: Based on application, experience, and qualification.
- Interview: For all posts except Assistant Manager.
- Written Test + Interview: For Assistant Manager posts.
- Final selection based entirely on interview performance or merit in Written Test + Interview.
Salary / Pay Scale
- Pay Levels: E-0 to E-9 depending on post.
- Basic Pay: Rs. 30,000 - 1,50,000 per month.
- Approx. CTC: Rs. 99,000 - 4,95,000 (including allowances, DA, HRA, CPF, Gratuity, PRP, NPA for Medical posts).
- Career Growth: Promotions as per rules; absorption from fixed term to permanent possible.
