Eligibility Criteria
- For Retired Bank Employees:
Retired Officers (including voluntary retirement) from PSU Banks / RRBs / Private /
Co-operative Banks up to the rank of Senior Manager or equivalent.
- Retired Clerks of Central Bank of India who have passed JAIIB with good service record.
- Minimum 3 years of rural banking experience is mandatory.
- For Young Candidates:
Minimum qualification is Graduation with Computer Knowledge (MS Office, Email, Internet).
- Higher qualifications such as M.Sc (IT), BE (IT), MCA, MBA will be given preference.
Salary / Stipend
- Category A: Fixed Rs.15,000/- + Variable Rs.10,000/- + Conveyance Rs.4,000/- + Mobile/Internet Rs.500/-
- Category B: Fixed Rs.12,000/- + Variable Rs.8,000/- + Conveyance Rs.3,000/- + Mobile/Internet Rs.500/-
Age Limit
- Retired Bank Employees: Entry up to 64 years, continuation up to 65 years.
- Young Candidates: 21 to 45 years at the time of appointment, continuation up to 60 years.

Selection Process
- Selection will be based on Interview.
- Only shortlisted candidates will be called.
