Eligibility Criteria
- Candidate must be a Graduate or Post Graduate from a recognized university.
- Educational background in IT / Engineering / Computer Science / Data Science preferred.
- Strong understanding of ITIL framework and enterprise-level applications.
- Hands-on experience in Oracle RDB (11,12), PL/SQL, MS SQL.
- Knowledge of Java, .Net, BI Reporting Tools, Web Servers and Operating Systems.
- Experience in Incident Management, Change Management and Vendor Management.
- Understanding of Software Deployment Lifecycle and Application Support.
