Educational Qualification:
Candidates must have completed full-time B.E / B.Tech in relevant engineering discipline such as Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Marine, Naval Architecture or related fields from a recognized institute.
Experience:
✔ Manager Posts: Minimum 7 years relevant experience
✔ Deputy Manager Posts: Minimum 4 years relevant experience
Experience should be in shipbuilding, ship repair, engineering or related sectors.
GSL Recruitment 2026 Age Limit
Maximum Age varies by post:
✔ Manager: Up to 36–39 Years
✔ Deputy Manager: Up to 33–38 Years
Age relaxation is applicable for SC/ST/OBC/Ex-Servicemen as per government rules.

✔ E-3 Grade (Manager): ₹60,000 – ₹1,80,000 per month (Approx CTC ₹18.5 LPA)
✔ E-2 Grade (Deputy Manager): ₹50,000 – ₹1,60,000 per month (Approx CTC ₹14.9 LPA)
