CLW GDCE 2026 Eligibility Criteria – Who Can Apply for JE, DMS & PGT Vacancy
Basic Eligibility:
The applicant must be a regular employee of Chittaranjan Locomotive Works (CLW), including Dankuni Locomotive Works (DLW), HHWII Stores Office, Inspection Cells at Mumbai, Bengaluru, New Delhi, and any other unit under the administrative control of CLW.
RPF/RPSF staff are NOT eligible to apply against GDCE vacancies as per Master Circular 69/2024. However, Accounts Department staff are eligible to apply against GDCE notified posts.
The candidate must be working substantively in a grade below the notified grade to which they wish to apply.
