EIL Management Trainee Salary Structure
Selected candidates will undergo one-year training with a stipend of ₹60,000 per month. Accommodation and transport may be provided or an additional allowance of ₹15,000 will be given.
After successful completion of training and probation, candidates will be absorbed in the pay scale of ₹60,000 – ₹1,80,000 with an approximate CTC of ₹20–21 LPA along with additional benefits.
